Scotty transfers photos and videos from your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad to your Mac over Wi-Fi. No cables, internet connection, browser or emails with attachments required. All you need is a Wi-Fi connection to the same Wi-Fi network as your Mac.
All photos and videos that are available in the standard Photos app can be transferred with Scotty.
On your Mac, turn File Sharing on and there you go.
iPhone & iPod touch
- Photos are transferred in full resolution. The transferred photos contain metadata (EXIF) and therefor also GPS/location information.
- Videos are transferred in full quality and full resolution.
iPad
- Photos are transferred in full resolution. The transferred photos contain metadata (EXIF) and therefor also GPS/location information.
- Support for photos imported with the Camera Connection Kit.
- Support for RAW photos and JPG+RAW combinations.
Note that Scotty is not a native iPad app and will therefor only use a small portion of the iPad screen.

Scotty also works with a Time Capsule or an Airport Express with an attached hard disk. More details on the Galarina website.
